OVERVIEW
My summer at JpMorganChase
Over Summer 2025, I had the pleasure of being a Product Design Intern at JPMorganChase for the Design Strategy Team as part of the Design Development Program. During my time there, I created a simplified family management experience for Chase parents. My project focused specifically on the Youth & Family Segment, where I created an entirely new product by combing separate experiences into one.
I was lucky to be able to collaborate with countless senior designers, researchers and product stakeholders for 10 weeks! Additionally, I was able to collaborate closely with two other designers, Yuki and Airla, who I learned a ton from!
what i did
A simplified and efficient banking experience for parents
Due to NDA, I'm unable to share specific aspects to our project, but I can share a high-level overview of what I accomplished in my 10 weeks there. I was able to interview Chase parents, conduct a thorough competitive analysis, communicate with product stakeholders, and even visit a Chase Branch!

After completing our project and pitching our idea to stakeholders, our final solution is projected to reach 6.9 million Chase customer households.
